Mayuresh Deosthale

Founding Partner

Mayuresh Deosthale is the founding partner of NEXG2EN CFO LLP, his brainchild. He brings 18 years of finance strategy and CFO experience leading teams in the US, MEA and APAC, working with Standard Chartered Bank, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, Siemens AG, Opus Software and Electracard Services, a Mastercard company. For the last 8 years he has partnered with business owners and entrepreneurs across industry verticals, leading the finance transformation journey and corporate finance strategy to meet the growing demands of the business. He is a Chartered Accountant from India, a Management Accountant from CIMA-UK, and has completed his executive education from Harvard Business School.

Jasvandi Deosthale

Co-Founder

Jasvandi Deosthale is the co-founder of NEXG2EN CFO LLP. She is a Chartered Accountant from India and brings 15 years of finance leadership and CFO experience, having worked with a Big 4 consulting firm and a large Indian business house.
